The BP-511A Battery Plate for CM7 FieldVision Monitor allows you to use Canon BP-511A type batteries with your CM7 monitor. So if you switch from one battery system to Canon BP-511A type batteries to power the CM7 using your new batteries, all you have to do is switch out the original battery plate on your monitor with the BP-511A battery plate. Just follow the included directions to swap plates, and you are good to go.
This plate is also compatible with the Marshall Electronics M-CT7 series of monitors.

1/30/2014Rating: This is a pretty simple product. It allows you to use BP-511A batteries for a cm7 if you want to. all you do to insall is switch batter plates. Its really easy and this comes with instructions just in case you get confused. the adapter feels strong and looks built well. once installed there is no reason for it be stressed so wear and tear isn't an issue anyway. It does what it says it does. Works well.
