Impact Two Monolight Umbrella/Softbox Kit (120VAC)

This is the Impact Two Monolight Umbrella/Softbox Kit (120VAC). Each basic monolight in this kit offers a maximum of 300 watt/seconds, with the ability to adjust flash levels from full to 1/8 power. Each monolight has a 100 watt modeling light to aid in adjustment and placement. This kit provides ample power to light a 3 - 4 person full-length portrait.

The Impact VSD300 is an economical 300 watt/second monolight with 100 watt modeling light and a digital readout coupled with its four-stop power variator. It accepts Bowens monolight reflectors and head accessories. Its built-in optical slave fires the flash without wires, from the light of any other flash system. Its flashtube is good for tens of thousands of pops, and is replaceable.

This two monolight kit includes air cushioned light stands, 1- 24 x 32" softbox, 1- white translucent umbrella, and sync cord (Mini plug to PC).

• The VSD300 has cushioned touch-pad function control buttons. Power is adjustable in 1/10 stop increments, from full to 1/8 power (4 stops). Its model light intensity may be controlled coupled to, or independent from the strobe power levels you select.
• The VSD300 has a limited ""Auto Dump"" feature, which automatically fires the strobe when you reset to a lower power level.
• Low sync voltage of 5VDC is safe for any camera.
• These monolights accept reflectors from the Bowens flash line.
• The front face of the softbox can be removed for easy access to the light and the interior baffle from the front. Also, shooting without the front face is possible for an increased output, more specular quality of light.
• Adapter rings are included for Impact (and current Bowens) monolights.
• White translucent umbrellas soften the light, and may be used to ""bounce"", or transmit light as a makeshift softbox.
• Each monolight has fast recycle time of 2 seconds at full power.
• Built in optical slave ""sees"" the light from the first unit, then fires instantaneously.
• The 10' light stands are air cushioned, which protects the light from damage, and your fingers from injury, should you forget to tighten the stand sections.
