Impact Two Monolight Umbrella Softbox Kit (120VAC)

This is an Impact Two Monolight Umbrella Softbox Kit (120VAC). Each basic monolight in this kit has a digital readout coupled with its four-stop power variator. It accepts Bowens monolight reflectors and head accessories. The VSD160 has cushioned touch-pad function control buttons. Power is adjustable in 1/10 stop increments, from full to 1/8 power. Its model light intensity may be controlled coupled to, or independent from the strobe power levels you select.

The Impact VSD160 is a good unit for occasional use by a hobbyist, or beginning professional. It is a good choice for building a system - its built-in optical slave fires the flash without wires, from the light of any other flash system. Its flashtube is good for tens of thousands of pops, and is replaceable.

This two monolight kit includes air cushioned light stands, one- 24 x 32" softbox, one- white umbrella, and sync cord (Mini plug to PC).

• Low sync voltage of 5V DC is safe for any camera.
• These monolights accept reflectors from the Bowens flash line.
• The front face of the softbox can be removed for easy access to the light and the interior baffle from the front. Also, shooting without the front face is possible for an increased output, more specular quality of light.
• Adapter ring is included for Impact (and current Bowens) monolights.
• The white translucent umbrella softens and broadens the light output.
• Each monolight has fast recycle time of 2 seconds at full power.
• Built in optical slave ""sees"" the light from the first unit, then fires instantaneously.
• The 10' light stands are air cushioned, which protects the light from damage, and your fingers from injury, should you forget to tighten the stand sections.
