You can use this charger to charge 2 batteries of the same type or 1 of each. The charger comes with both AC and DC adapters, for charging at-home, in the office or on-the-go. It has a power output of 4.2 V, 300 mA.

The CR-123A batteries feature an output voltage of 3.7 V and a capacity of 600 mAh. They may be charged up to 1,000 times, are free of memory effect, and have excellent high-drain performance.
