The ShutterBoss II does work as a dual-function release, allowing users to press halfway to focus or press full to trigger the shutter. The ShutterBoss II can also function both wired or wirelessly to better fit your particular setup. Additionally, the receiver runs on one 3V CR2 battery and the transmitter operates with two AAA batteries.
